The Beefeater Steak House

Meal reflects the price. I definitely recommend it. Salad bar was fresh and meal came out nice and hot and cooked to my specification. Ambiance is warm and friendly. Service was excellent. See how happy I was after my date night!

This is Medicine Hats Best Steak House. I have been many times. I would like to thank Nick, the waitresses and chefs for all their hard work in making our eating experience the best. (I have read some other comments in regards to price) all I can say,, this is a fine dining experience. Prices are perfect for the decor. So thank you Beefeater for being part of our anniversary. K

Not pleased at all of this restaurant. First of all it took way over an hour to get our food. When we first sat down which was before 5pm there were only two other tables seated. I ordered a second glass of wine which I waited 14 mins exact. Finally when we got our food the ribs were so bad, my mother n law who are 2 ribs and she ordered a full rack for $32 and my step daughter ordered the same thing which she ate close to 3, reason being is because she was really hungry. When our waitress came and asked how the food was they told her about the ribs and so she asked if they would like something else. They told her No because it would take another hour or so to just get that, they told her she could take the plates back that they did not want them. When I asked for receipt it took 20 mins till we finally got up and waited for her at the front. When I saw that she didn’t take the ribs off the lady at the front was so rude it was disgusting. She even said our waitress told her everything was fine. Luckily my mother n law heard that and said no she lied to you. Never again will they get our business or anyone we know.

Had steak and lobster. So delicious!! Best I've ever had. Excellent service.
