Dairy Queen

Went through drive through. Asked for 2 extra dips on top of the 2 dips that were supposed to be there. They charged me for the 2 extra dips. Got home no dips in the bag. Awesome. We asked you as you passed us our food If the dips were in the bag. "Yup". Called in and couldn't do anything for me. Other dq in town maybe different owner forgot dip. Offered me free items, maybe take notice.

I only gave 1 star because I had too in order to leave a review. I have been in this restaurant and watched how the owner (Gord) mistreats his staff - including minors. It is actually soul crushing to see this grown man break the spirits of the teenagers trying to start working careers. He should be ashamed of himself as a human being. The bullying and physical abuse in this place is horrendous. Not allowing staff water while working, laughing at bullying and yelling/swearing at these employees makes you as a owner and all the supervisors/managers responsible for the Mental Health issues so many of the staff face. I have eaten in here and watched the pathetic way it is run. You should maybe do some research on the labor laws in Canada and sort your selves out. Disgrace of a man and business owner.

Great customer service NOT - I guess in there world 9:55 is close enough to 10:00 so they closed and refused service. DO NOT EAT HERE FYI - went to A&W and had a delicious burger.
