I found the place very dirty as you can see from the photos. The fries where luke warm I will not go back

Stopped in Thursday night around 9. Ordered double with fries and pop. Added a small blizzard. Order was ready and walked to counter. Tried a couple fries and noticed they were not hot. Asked for some more fries but hotter and they arrived hot and fresh out of frier. The burger was cold. Fresh beef but been sitting too long. By the time I started to eat frosty it was almost like chocolate milk. The garbage was full so left plater with garbage on the top of garbage container. Maybe bad time to arrive but still should be fresher and hotter.

My wife and I placed an order on the Wendy’s app for pickup. I went inside to pick the order up. I saw the order sitting in the mobile order pick up area and asked if the order was for ***Name and if I could take it. The staff told me to wait and ignored me while taking other orders and chatting amongst themselves. Once they allowed me to pick up the order and I walked over to the fountain machine to to fill up my drink, one of the employees walked over to me and loudly stated “you need to bring your delivery bag in the store with you, customers will complain”. I told the woman I am not a delivery driver and she quickly walked away. No apology or comment was made about this. It is very rude to assume someone is a delivery driver based on the colour of their skin and as such treating them like they do not matter. Very disappointing having to deal this type of behaviour over something as simple as picking up lunch. If fresh, garden-variety racism served unabashedly is what you are looking for, you are going to love this place.

Says open until 12. Doors locked at 10? Need to update your Website to be more specific for local foot traffic. Walked a block in the rain to locked doors. Will not return.

For fast food it's hard to beat. Prices still seem reasonable. Food always comes quickly. Asiago chicken sandwich is amazing.
