Made a reservation here on a whim, and wow – what a great choice! From the warm, friendly voice on the phone taking the reservation to the exceptional service in person, everything about this place impressed me. We went on Steak & Lobster night Thursday, and what an amazing deal. The food was absolutely delicious and such great value. A big shoutout to Jenni, our fantastic server, who made us feel so welcome and really made the night special. The whole staff was friendly and attentive. I’ll definitely be stopping here again the next time I’m in Medicine Hat!
Recently moved back here and decided to try out Ralphs one evening. It was crazy busy and we actually sat down outside because it was so full. Saying that we got service right away and our waitress was doing a great job considering how busy it was. Hubby had the wings he said they were tasty, but my beef dip was hands down one of the best I have had! The gravy wasn't great but no complaints. We will definitely be back
Travelled through for an event from BC, heard Ralph’s was the place to be so we went for a drink. The atmosphere was so welcoming and kind, our server was Mackenzie was absolutely phenomenal! Service was fast and efficient, she was so kind, funny and sweet. We will definitely be back again!
From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere was amazing all the staff was friendly and really happy to help. The food was amazing, the dessert was amazing I would come back next time I'm in town. The way they celebrate the anniversarys and birthdays are cool.
By Far the BEST Service I have had in years. Our server was absolutely amazing and kept us in stitches. She is AMAZING! And the food was fantastic as well!!!nHIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!
