The food is great, But their service not so good.

Honestly it's a good thing the food is good!
The staff and restaurant environment do not feel welcoming at all.
The menu kind of sucks, if someone has an allergy to some ingredient avoid this place as they cannot make customized orders. This even goes to ordering the family platter, unlike ANY OTHER restaurant they will not make any substitutions for the coleslaw. 
I suggest the restaurant looks into making substitutes and customized orders. They would then easily get 4 or 5 star rating.
