Supposed to have virtual visit and no one is answering the phone. Called over 16 times so far! Really disappointed! It keeps going on voice message when we talked 10 min before. Unbelievable.

Went on a Saturday of a holiday weekend and the waiting room was almost empty. Waited 5 minutes. Dr. Tran was wonderful and patient. I couldn’t ask for a smoother and more pleasant walk in experience.

Awful service. Didn't even get an appointment. Called and was told there were appointments available and I needed to register online. I did. An hour after I got a call to say no more appointments. Do not recommend to even try this place

Dr Dat Tran was kind and friendly to our little one. It was a 30 minute wait when we went with 4 other kids in front of us. Overall great experience. Thank you!

We waited for two hours in a procedural room with used sanitary paper from a previous patient left on the table. They were operating with only one doctor. Very poor medical service. Won’t be returning here.
