My family has been staying at this hotel for several summers now, with no complaints. We had always received excellent customer service. We tried to book again for this summer, and double check with reception because we were having some issues online, and I have to say, I am extremely disappointed.The receptionist, Billie, was extremely rude. It's almost as she was annoyed of doing her job. She even started getting frustrated and tried to just get us to hang up and said "how am I suppose to help with you online reservation if you didn't book directly through reception"... Perhaps because your website is connected to your computer's data base. I really hope management does something about this lady. I would hate for Billie to affect my perception of the hotel that we've been loyal to for so long.

Rooms were clean, lots of hot water, service was great! Had the hot tub and pool to ourselves throughly enjoyed the "volleyball". Very vintage. Loved it!

Front desk arranged for last minute early check-in when we ambled in with all our camping gear and two small kids, thank goodness. Took a quick dip in their outdoor pool and had a short walk to the waterfront for dinner and ice cream. Hung out at the big playground in the park right across from the hotel. A bit noisy until about 10 but super comfy beds and good air conditioner so slept fine. Convenient 24 hour Tim Horton's across the street so all in all great location and would consider staying again.

pros: staff was very nice very efficient cheap to stay... only 50 bucks a night theres a fitness room, pool and a church room was very clean they had a mini fridge and microwave cons: wifi singal is very weak in certian rooms tv is very old... looks like it was from the 90s the A/C is not at all efficient...doesnt really alter the room temperature so its very hot during the summer the water temperature will take sometime before you sense a change in temperature

Everything you need for an overnight stay for a reasonable price. Clean, well maintained and free Apple's and coffee in the morning. Desk clerks were friendly and helpful.
