We had a beautiful view of the harbour! Perfect location to visit the Night Market, walk the paths along the water, go to the park to be part of all kinds of events, and visit shops and restaurants. Beds were comfortable and there is a great rooftop patio with picnic tables and chairs.
We stayed two different nights here . Both nights was very pleasant. The staff very friendly and helpful. The last nite was amazing. We had the king suite. Was so nice . Extra coffee and plenty of room . Very clean and comfortable. The manager and other staff made our visit wonderful. Thank you for the up grade in the room . We definitely will be booking our next visit there. Highly recommended!
Great place to stay in Nanaimo. The rooms were clean and the staff was very professional and helpful. The downtown location is a plus and offers some nice views. The property has 3 restaurants on site so plenty of food & beverage options. I also got the chance to meet their new GM. Professional young guy with BA in hospitality. Its obvious that he takes pride in the property and his staff ! I would visit again for sure
We enjoyed our two night stay at the Dorchester Hotel. The bed was comfortable and our suite had a nice sitting room with an amazing view of the harbour. My tall husband appreciated the shower head being higher than usual. The front desk staff was friendly and helpful. We had a nice breakfast both mornings in the restaurant downstairs and they serve brunch until 2 pm. Will definitely be staying here again when we come to Nanaimo.
They upgraded my room for free and I had an amazing view of the harbour. The staff were all very friendly and helpful and it just had a comfortable vibe, like home. Also the bed I'm my room was so comfortable I got the best sleep of my life. The gym and the rooftop patio were also very nice perks and well kept.
