Great location! Our rooms had a harbour view from where you can watch pretty sunrise! Rooms were neat and tidy! The location of hotel is perfect, you pretty much don’t need a car if you are staying here.nParking is included but they have limited space. You can park anywhere on the road and they will reimburse the pay parking charges.
Enjoyed my stay. Room was clean, and quiet. Restaurants attached to hotel were excellent. Front desk staff were nice and helpful. 2/3 of them were very bubbly and friendly, and one was a little quiet or disinterested. No real complaints regarding the hotel. Not super fancy, but it had everything you need for a quick and comfortable stay. Price was comparable to other hotels in the area.
A great hotel with walkability to everywhere we explored. Vibrant harbour area with parks, restaurants, ocean waterfront, harbour views and comfortable room. Watched the ferry boats and sea planes. No problems using the stairs or elevator or the parking. The fact of no breakfasts, provided us a great opportunity to find more in this interesting city. We did not eat in either hotel restaurants but scouted them every evening, maybe next time. Probably would say, front desk doesn't need to message us so much, we were pleased to stay there. Would definitely stay again.
Excellent location, prime downtown spot. Very friendly and helpful front desk. Immaculate room.. My room was upgraded automatically on arrival from queen bed to Deluxe Queen suite, without me even asking for it. The suite was very well appointed and maintained very clean. However, there was no complementarily breakfast that was promised in the booking site. The hotel does not have own paid dining facility either. Parking is free and available in the adjacent lot and there is always a spot available unless you arrive very late in the evening. No direct access to hotel is available from parking lot to the hotel. While coming from the parking area, either you need to lift the bags up the steps from the rear entrance or walk all the way around the block to get to the front entrance.. This could be have been made easier.. may be a ramp alongside the steps?nOther amenities like fitness room are basic.
The place is nice. Two restaurants in the lobby. Biggest problem is parking! They provide parking BUT it is a lot around behind the hotel. To get in the hotel from the parking lot requires walking to a set of stairs , half a block away and then carrying all your stuff up to the lobby. The stairs are many. Theoretically, one can unload on the street in front if you can find parking, which we could not. My companion was 86 and this is not a place that was good for her. I would not stay there again. No help was offered even when I explained.
