I recently had the pleasure of staying at Holiday Inn hotel in Vancouver, and I couldn't be more satisfied with my experience. From the moment I arrived, the staff was incredibly polite and friendly, always ready to assist with any needs or questions I had. Their warm and welcoming attitude truly set the tone for a wonderful stay.nnThe rooms were impressive—spacious, nicely decorated, and impeccably clean. The beds were exceptionally comfortable, providing a great night's sleep every night of my stay. I also appreciated the attention to detail in maintaining the cleanliness and comfort of the room throughout my visit.nnOverall, my stay at Holiday Inn Vancouver Center Hotel was fantastic, thanks to the combination of the lovely rooms, comfortable beds, and the exceptional hospitality of the staff. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a pleasant and enjoyable stay.
We are on our last day at this location. We have been here for almost two weeks.nThe staff have been absolutely fantastic. From the front desk to housekeeping and we cannot forget the restaurant. The staff at the restaurant were amazing thank you to Tracy, Sandy and Vui. This was a very stressful trip for us and you all made it so much easier with your understanding of our situation and also your humour to make us laugh and relax.nWe hope to come back but under better circumstances.nWe highly recommend this Holiday Inn location while in the Vancouver area. It is close to everything.nGranville Island is a short walk away and you can even walk to a Sky Train station which will take you right downtown in a few minute's. Thank you again to all the great staff.
Really enjoyed our stay here. We had a beautiful room, a gorgeous view! A balcony! Parking was great. Service was top-notch. The breakfast buffet was delicious. The location was perfect for my situation, every where I needed to go for appointments were all within a 2 block radius.
The hotel was nice, the rooms were quiet and clean. The staff is friendly.nBeing the only hotel in walking distance to the hospital, I feel there could be more compassion regarding the price. Paying over $250/night for an older room with visible wear/tear is taking financial advantage of people who are already dealing with a lot of stress, pain and anxiety. I have stayed in nicer $99/night rooms. This hotel should consider a discounted rate for those staying because they need to be close to the hospital. Adding financial hardship to people in their time of need is not an attractive look.
Absolutely Wonderful service and Location.nThank you to the staff that were so great and friendly. The room was quiet and View was fine. We did have a little visitor, that realized we were not feeding him flew away. He did not bug us at all.nThe restaurant attached was fantastic although their menu seems little outdated with presentation of food it was still delicious, even got room service our second day there. Again food was good, Very accommodating.
