Great location. I found the staff to be friendly and very helpful. The two front desk agents were very persistent in helping getting a cab on a busy Friday night so we could get to our function on time. It's also nice to find a place downtown and not have to pay for parking.

In spite of the renovations to the front lobby, my stay at this hotel was very comfortable, and I will stay here again. Great bed! Slept like a log. Room and bedding were spotlessly clean. Coffee maker and television met my needs. One computer in the lobby to access the Internet. That may change when the lobby has been finished. Checkout staff were very professional and friendly. There is a small mall across the street where you can shop for anything you might have forgotten. Bring a hair dryer. There isn't one in the bathroom.

Our room was very clean and everything in it worked well. Housekeeping kept us stocked with coffee and tea. The location was perfect for us and close to shopping and cafes. The restaurant was well priced and the Italian dishes were excellent. Most front desk staff seemed indifferent with one exception. Good value.

Staff is incredibly helpful and genuinely caring. My room was comfy and clean, and always kept tidy by house keeping. They made my stay much easier, and I really appreciate it. Only problem I encountered was the parking. It’s very limited so I suggest to get a spot before 8pm. The area is also very convenient. Everything was all so close and accessible. I’d definitely come back!

Great little hotel - very clean and well kept rooms. Staff was helpful. The room I had was small, but that was all I needed and had a microwave and fridge which was helpful. Breakfast was included and had a wide range from cereal to waffles and sausage and eggs. Free parking also in a locked parkade. Location was great for me - walking distance to the Vancouver general hospital and shops on Broadway.
