Days Inn Vancouver Metro

Got in trouble for smoking outside!! Then they tell me there is a designated smoking area in the hotel ??? after I asked the maitanence man he directed me to the smoking area.... I Never am disrespectful to others.. I take pride in being kind and friendly but I feel slighted and insulted by the management and the woman at the front desk. When I called to verify the fact that you could smoke in the corridor and why I was not told she said " Well I am Telling You NOW!!! " And hung up abruptly!!! How Kind and Professional... However the cleaning staff and maintenance men are super nice😊😊 We will never stay here again ... 4000 dollars for insults🤡🤡🤡

The Days Inn is convieniently place near bus stops making it easier to get around. The beds are quite spacious and the service is great. Rooms have heaters on adjacent sides of the room and one in the bathroom. As well, as a cooler/heater one can adjust temperatures on.

Second day here the sewage backed up into shower stall, nasty! Evening receptionist, a woman, was not friendly at all. Room didn't have any shampoo/soap upon check in, asked her and she said they don't provide any. Asked a different receptionist in morning and they actually gave me some. Good for a one night stay/stopover, not longer. You paid for what you get I guess; but still risky... Good luck to you if staying.

The rooms were neat and clean and rather warm when we arrived in the cold weather. They are accommodating towards children. Don't know if pets are allowed or not. It's pretty good for the the price and we will definitely come again if the need arises.

This is a very nice hotel for it's price, room is clean and has a nice bathroom. The courtyard is unique and beautiful. Free parking is available and there is a free breakfast. It was a 15 minute drive from Pacific Centre and is right by a McDonald's and a KFC. There is free WiFi and the room had a good amount of pillows and towels. The room also has a small desk. The shower was very weird, it only had an extremely hot setting and an extremely cold setting with no in between. The tub also didn't drain very well, but overall I would stay here again if the shower was fixed.
