This was a pretty standard Holiday Inn Express, and if you have stayed at one before your experience will be similar. The hotel is newer, and the staff is friendly and attentive. The breakfast was well stocked, and is of the standard Holiday Inn Express fare. Pancake machine, eggs, sausage, bacon, cinnamon rolls, cereal, pastries and more. If you are a frequent business traveler, IHG has a great rewards program.

We frequently used this location to accommodate our employees from out of town. The past 4 times I have booked a room, when my employee goes to check in, either his name is not on the reservation, they can't find the reservation, or he has to pay for his own room, which has sometimes resulted in double charging because it HAD been paid for on a company Cc.. It's very frustrating. The last time this happened was last night. I had even called prior to make sure that HIS name was in fact on the reservation and that he would have no trouble checking it. The gentleman who was helping me assured me he would put his name on the reservation. Low and behold though, when my employee got to work this morning he said his room had not been paid for and he had to use his own Cc. (I have the confirmation # for my reservation that I placed and Assumed I paid for) Basically the service I have received from this location is shoddy at best. They seem to be unorganized. The place is nice but the lack of communication between reservation and the front desk is terrible. Not to mention I couldn't get anyone to answer the phone until about noon. We won't be using this Holiday Inn anymore.

Good location. Clean. Nice rooms. Staff in the evening was very nice and helpful. Overnight staff was a little less so. More concerned with his phone. Overall good experience.

I stayed here for a work trip and was wowed by the amazing service, immaculate hotel, and the heavenly king sized bed. I was so comfortable. The modern decor seemed newly updated. Also, best continental breakfast in the game! Warm cinnamon rolls AND egg white omelettes. Great place to relax on the road. Thanks!

Nice room. We just checked in for an overnight stay. The room is clean. The beds are comfortable. It also seems to be in an ok part of town. We love the pancake machine, so always try to stay at a Holiday Inn Express when we travel.
