Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott Omaha Papillion

I was looking for a Marriott somewhere in between attractions in Omaha and Lincoln. This is a great location! It is just off a stoplight highest and near the other regular no stoplight highways.nThe zoo is only like 20 minutes away.. Lincoln is just under an hour. And so is most things.nThe hotel is in a center, so many restaurants within sight and thus easy walking distance!nThe hotel itself has nice rooms with many amenities. Lots of space and places for your stuff! S coffee machine and a microwave. I didn't remember seeing a fridge.nThe free breakfast is nice! Egg and cheese omelet, breakfast sandwich other times, cage-free scrambled eggs, cereal, waffles, yogurt, scones, muffins, and more. Coffee and juice.nThere are snacks for sale near the reservation desk.nI highly recommend this place!

NEVER booking here again. Called to make my reservation as a I needed 2 rooms- specifically- connected or next to each other, and wanted to get the price point prior to committing. Was quoted $375 and some change for my total stay for 2 rooms, for 2 nights. I triple, quadruple checked that before agreeing to book the reservation.nWe get here and find out oh- the rooms are $400 EACH. We were made destitute on my sons birthday because I was given false information by an employee who not only lied to me, but clearly didn't even listen to me.nnTo top that off- we had to be moved from our first set of rooms because the AC unit wasn't working.nWe get moved to new rooms- tub plugs are broken and ac units STILL aren't functioning properly.nON TOP OF THAT- the jacuzzi is broken.nRuined birthday, false information, everything in disrepair.nI live right down the road- I would've saved the money to be able to give my kid a better birthday had I not been scammed by incompetent people.

Motion control thermostat takes away your ability to control room temperature. Miserable night sleep at 74 degrees. Bathroom temp was awful. Arrived room was 78 degrees. Outside temp was 85 degrees that day. Front desk told us to aim our TV at the thermostat during the night & that might trick the motion sensor into kicking the AC on. Airbnb from now on. Lost a frequent customer because of these thermostats. Hope these hotels look at the online chatter and realize it's taking away guests comfort and guests are choosing other options. Why would you stay where you can't control your comfort?

Stayed here for an extended period of time. The staff was extremely accommodating and friendly. The location was ideal, close to the Shadow Lake Towne Center shopping area, great eating locations right across the road within walking distance, as well as right down the road. Very quiet and safe area right off of a main thoroughfare. I would very much recommend.

Me and my family stayed here this past weekend , location is great close to shopping nearby. Beds were not comfortable , i had a party of 4 with me and only had 3 pillows and 3 towels , when I asked about the pillows and towels front desk said they only provide 3 towels and 3 pillows, but i'm like but i put on my reservation a party of 4??. Pillows were not comfortable at all did not have a good night sleep. For a Marriott hotel this is way below standards!
