Motel 6 Omaha Ne

We were here for a family trip to the zoo with siblings coming from 3 different directions.we took 3 rooms.The room was very modern and up to date, clean and comfortable. Slept well. I would most definitely stay at this location again in the future. I did recommend this hotel to my sister who will be visiting Omaha in December.

Gave it a one star cause I wasn't able to make a comment but it doesn't even get that. I have never stayed at such a nasty place in my life. The hotel is full of bugs and mice not to mention black mold all over the place. The hotel is run by a older man and his family. My room was full of black mold when I told them they told me I had to leave.

We spent only one night at this Motel 6 in Omaha. Lucky for us as this was the worst room I have ever been in with all the traveling I have done for both work and pleasure. I understand the new decor using vinyl flooring, not carpeting, but this room had clearly not been mopped in a while. The floor was sticky. We had no wash cloths in the bathroom so my husband ask at the front desk and he was just one. I had to wash my feet before I went to bed. In the morning I rinsed out the washcloth so I could use it for my shower. Then I used it to wipe down about 1/4 of the floor then left it on the floor so housekeeping staff might get the message. Also, the water spout in the tub was dangling loose from the tub.

The accommodations are fine enough. You get what you pay for, which isn't much. However, my complaint is that they tried to charge us $200 for a smoking in the room. I spent less than 12 hrs in the room and checked out at approx. 6:00 am. At 4:30 pm, someone called to inform me that they checked the room and that it smelled like cigarettes. I have allergies and asthma, and I most certainly do not smoke cigarettes or marijuana. I have stayed at many Motel 6 locations across the country. However, the management at this location is fraudulent and I do trust them. Save yourself the hassle and book at a different location.

I only give this place one star because i have to. Dirty and loud. The walls are paper thin, and a couple were screaming at each other outside our door.
