Good staff. Construction workers take up most of the parking.

Some of the staff was very unprofessional they're mainly concerned with profit instead of screening guests. I had the police knocking at my door at 4 a.m. because the people next door was so high on drugs they give them the wrong room number. Smoking allowed on the 2nd floor smoke filled every hallway.

It was a disapointment!!! The AC was not working and after we requested a fan we were told it was given to another room (even though we requested it first). We expected a pool, since it was advertised, no pool and we were not told before hand. Also, breakfast was supposed to be included but they did not have any. We would not be returning ever.

It's crunch time and I need some peace and quiet to meet a deadline for a writing project. Fortunately, I chose this hotel to do my work. Manager Kim and maintenance person Steve are very attentive and help me with any questions or issues I have. A real gem of a hotel right here in Omaha!
