Greeted on arrival by friendly staff that made check in easy and a pleasant experience. Room was clean and well made with very up to date furniture etc. Has a gym and pool too which we didn't use but still nice to have. Bar has great staff too, they make great drinks although they are a bit overpriced, we didn't try the food although there was a lot to choose from but again a bit pricey. The bar is open late though so we were able to grab a drink before we turned in after our show. I'd absolutely stay here again, even my other half enjoyed her stay and she is really picky about her hotels.

Amazing service. Very quiet hotel. Comfy beds. Clean rooms. Has a hot tub and a pool. Definitely recommend staying here

My fiance and I stayed at this hotel this past weekend for his golden birthday. A lot of time and effort was put into making this experience a special and memorable one for us. First off, I want to say what a beautiful hotel this is. The room we stayed in was very clean and inviting. We had dinner plans downtown Omaha and we inquired at the front desk about possible shuttle services that would be available to bring us back and forth. They immediately set us up with these services and both the drivers there and back were friendly, and made it a great experience for us. The next morning, we were woke up at 8:30am by continuous knocking. I had requested breakfast in bed when I reserved the room online, so I just had figured that's what is was. Before my fiance could get to the door to see who it was, the maid was already trying to get into our room to clean. If our door hadn't been latched, she would have been able to come right in. After telling her we were still planning on staying for a few more hours, she left. I went downstairs to inquire about continental breakfast, or what they had available. They said we could go to the restaurant and pay $10 per plate. After asking about the breakfast in bed request and why we had not received this, the front desk employee almost made us feel stupid for not knowing we were supposed to ask about a "breakfast coupon." After a fail with breakfast, we decided to visit the pool and hot tub before we checked out. We were extremely disappointed as the hot tub water was incredibly low and when we tried turning the jets on, the water didn't cover them so it seemed more like a "spray park" experience for us. I saw a maid cleaning the bathrooms in the hallway, so went out to ask her if it was normal for the hot tub to be so low with water. She was talking on her cell phone and rudely told me to go to the front desk and continued talking on her phone. Being as though I was in my swimsuit and wet, I didn't feel it to be appropriate to inquire further with the front desk. All in all, my fiance and I were very disappointed with our experience. I had stayed at the DoubleTree downtown and had a wonderful time and was expecting the same at this location. It seemed my fiance and I were more of a burden to the employees than valued guests. It saddens me to say we won't be returning.

Very nice place. Friendly hosts, inviting lobby, pool, workout room, and a business center. The rooms are nice, modern and clean. There is a restaurant in the lobby and a burger King across the parking lot. The only reason for the 3 stars was because (at the time of this review 10/24/17, the restaurant had no alcohol permit. They applied for one and are waiting for the green light).

We had a horrible experience when we stayed. I will never stay at this hotel again. Very slow service! No matter how many times they apologized, it didn't get any better. We tried eating dinner at their restaurant the first night of our stay but it took them an hour and a half to get our dinner to us and there was only one other table there to serve. Once our food came out, two of the dinners were wrong and they missed my daughter's completely! The front manager, who was also helping with orders, gave us coupons to try breakfast for free in the morning. We go to eat breakfast and it's the same thing. We waited for an hour and our food was still not ready. There were so many table orders ahead of us that we decided to cancel our order and go else where. The whole atmosphere that morning was uneasy as every other table had to wait for their breakfast too. We gave the coupons back to the manager who then said he would comp or room due to the awful service we received both days. I didn't ask, he offered. Guess what? Still no credit on my statement and I get no response when I call and leave a voicemail. Awful customer service.
