Very Disappointed and I wish I could give it a negative review. We had a family gathering here and on Thursday, there was coffee and a coffee cup in the elevator spilled all over. On Friday, it was still there. It was there that afternoon still. When the kids went swimming, there were adults in the pool and hot tub with alcohol in glass bottles all over the table. This is clearly against the rules and they're posted on the wall. A woman with small children was vaping in the hot tub as well. We left dirty towels on the bathroom floor in a pile like we were asked. We didn't have a "do not disturb" sign on our door when we went to have a gathering and the house keeping maids were down the hall. We came back two hours later and nothing was touched. We asked for toothbrushes and extra towels from the front desk and no one came. On Saturday, we were rudely yelled at by staff when we had reserved meeting room A. And then they said they were mistaken, but didn't apologize. Saturday night, there was vomit all over elevator 1 and it was barely cleaned up. There was still vomit on the sides of the elevator and it was wet and there were chunks. It smelled disgusting and nobody bothered to clean anything else up. Pool towels were all over sides of the pool area. Over all, our stay was very poor. We didn't have the fun we wish we could have had. We more than likely will not be staying here anymore.

Great Hampton Inn. I travel a lot for work and would rate this one as of the nicer midrange hotels I've stayed at in the last year. Exceptionally clean all around. Friendly and helpful staff. Quiet, comfortable, spacious rooms. Excellent bathrooms. Delicious breakfast and nice breakfast area. Would stay again if I find myself in Omaha again.

Great room, great staff, Grace at the front desk is very helpful. The hotel is clean and it's in a great part of town. Close to everything. Can't go wrong

Friendly staff. Clean rooms. Nice pool. Couldn't ask for more. It actually looks like these guys do change the sheets and comforters- which is a big deal in my travels.

Rooms are nice. Staff is friendly. Pools, work out room, etc are great. Only complaint was coffee and orange juice we're very watered down and the breakfast was bland.
