Excellent staff! Extremely clean overall and absolutely excellent Beautyrest St. Chapel Plush supportive beds. I had to take a peek to see what it was. Best bed I have slept on in any hotel. Really nice breakfast! A great place for the weary traveler. Everything you need. Great experience!
This hotel only got three stars due to the disaster that is parking. I was personally with friends therefore it wasn’t a deal breaker however I wouldn’t choose this location with my young children. We had to park offsite— the distance is not terrible however having to witness homeless fighting and running into traffic made it feel unsafe.nThe room was spacious and clean. However the shower was cold with no change in temperature even when running longer. This made an uncomfortable shower.nnThe morning breakfast was adequate but didn’t offer many amenities.nThe location despite being by many homeless is close to the ByWard market and nightlife/experiences.nOverall this is likely my last time at this hotel and it wouldn’t be something I book with my children.
Pleasantly surprised. 15 minutes walk to the Parliament buildings. Breakfast had a variety of options yogurt, cereal, toast, oatmeal, bacon, turkey sausages, omelette, beans, cinnamon buns, pancake/waffle station, fruit, muffins, tea/coffee section. Although limited seating if busy. And wooden utensils . Staff pleasant. Rooms looked updated with very comfortable beds and pillows. I would definitely go back there again.
Overall, it was good, but the AC sound in the room was killing my head. The trigger from. Off to on or on to off was too loud, and since AC fan was on top of bead was causing a lot of issues. I think they need to fix that.nnthe staff was amazing and friendly. Clean and good hotel.
My room was very clean 10/10. The breakfast was excellent, and the staff was friendly and helpful. I will certainly stay here again. It was in a central location to everything I needed and walkable to attractions like Parlimement.
