We were pleasantly surprised by this hotel—it truly exceeded our expectations. Located in a quiet neighborhood with ample parking, it offers a calm and peaceful atmosphere, with relaxing music in the common areas. The rooms were clean, spacious, and well-equipped with temperature control. The beds were very comfortable, and the interior of the hotel was much more beautiful than we expected from the outside. It’s a great reminder not to judge a book by its cover!nnThe gentleman at the front desk was incredibly friendly and helpful, which made our stay even more enjoyable. Breakfast was included and offered plenty of options—honestly, it was well above what we typically see at this price point.nnThis place feels like a hidden gem. It offers great value and comfort, and we wouldn’t hesitate to return. Highly recommended!
Rooms very clean and equipped with working devices. Curtains let the light in due to the air conditioning unit. Surprised no addition charge for misplacing a key card. Also had no issues getting our money back when checking out one day earlier than anticipated.
We were pleasantly pleased with the very clean and fresh looking and modern looking of the facility, hallways, and especially the rooms! The beds were comfortable, bathrooms were newly remodelled. The morning breakfast was top-notch very satisfying. Also to add importantly the staff are very polite, helpful, friendly and efficient.
Hotel is conveniently located to the airport. It is a beautiful hotel, bright with wide hallways and tasteful decor. Staff is kind, helpful and accomodating. Rooms are large with high ceilings, and very clean, well appointed bathrooms. Beds are comfortable and there is a homey vibe here. The hotel is quiet - no noise from neighbouring rooms.
This is a hidden gem located close to the airport but also close to all amenities of South Keys. The staff were all friendly and helpful. The rooms were very spacious and absolutely spotless, as well as all of the corridors. The breakfast buffet was very good. This is my second time staying there and will definitely be staying there on my next trip to ottawa.
