My first trip to the Keg was a pleasant experience. The place was very clean and the service was fast. I went around 4 pm a few days before Christmas, reservation was not needed.  Steak was cooked to perfection and very juicy, the twice baked potato was delicious. For dessert, I had chosen the billy miner pie which is mocha ice cream topped with chocolate and caramel sauce and sliced almonds, which was amazing. My only regret is the carrot cake. For such a measly slice, it was way overpriced (around 10$) and nothing special. I usually never get carrot cake at restaurants, but I wanted to try it and compare it to homemade. I didn't complain, because the rest of my meal was perfect.  Go for the steak and billy miner pie!

An amazing environment and cozy place for couples or small groups, it gets a little loud on weekend nights and there is usually a wait time of 45-60 minutes, waiting was no issue but the food also comes in late, good thing is that they ask you if you want to order ahead of time while waiting so you can sit and have the meals delivered in timely manner. The food portions are in perfect size, not too much to feel puffy and not too small to feel hungry after, I did not try any of the steaks (feels like they have good steaks from seeing other tables :)) but the choices from chicken sections are the ones in the photo and they are tasty as you expect, the sides can be changed to different choices if you want too. The servant was nice, and as soon as I was getting worried about my food delay, they approached me and notified me that my food is on the way, seeing how busy the place was, waiting was nothing to complain, keep in mind, this place is a bit pricey and is not just to have a bite. Its classy and cozy as well to have a drink and make a conversation with friends or your partner

The service and food quality is impeccable. If you want to go out and have a night out on the town and be well treated this is the place to go. They never cease to be polite and treat you with respect. Keep in mind because it's good place to go it's a very busy place to go. There are lineups all of the time. The advantage to The Keg in Laval it's the only place that takes reservations. All of the other kegs on Saturdays.

Nice! As a family dinner experience it was way above average for this area. The atmosphere was warm and inviting. Very comfortable. The waitress was sweet and inexperienced: forgot a drink, didn't know the menu entirely, but no big deal. Food came quickly and was all good. Nothing was a wow but even the cheap Merlot was okay. Altogether a bright spot on a thoroughly inhospitable quebec winter's eve.

This is a good quality steakhouse. Service is quick, friendly and very helpful. It was attentive without being obtrusive. The atmosphere was casual and perfect for a relaxing evening out. Our food was very good and tasty. Definitely recommend the Keg Burger and Ahi Tuna Tacos! The Keg is a bit expensive, but every bite is so good. Great for a special occasion. We'll definitely eat there again.
