Hertz

These guys are wonderful. Excellent customer service, good rates and nices cars. i really enjoy doing bussiness with them and would recommend to anyone.

The attendant was friendly but didn't mention anything about a minimum $25 charge if you go through a toll and the ipass box isn't shut completely. So i racked up a whopping $3 in toll charges and Hertz charged me $25.35, then a few weeks later, they charged me $0.65 and then a few more weeks later they charged me $1.25. and that is where we are. I realized later that the ipass box was open and no one told me to check and close it when i signed the paper work so i paid the tolls online before hertz could process the tolls, but they processed them anyway and charged me all this money for $3 worth of tolls.

Horrible customer service. No call backs. And even though they say they do pick-ups they can never actually pick you up.

I had a great drop off experience. I picked my car up at ohare airport and dropped it off at this St. CHARLES location. Very friendly service and courteous. They Also were able to waive some silly fees because of timing issues. A $20 dollar savings. I will come back to this location if need be in the future. Thank you!
