Enterprise Rent-A-Car

I have to say that my experience with Enterprise Rental was the best from beginning to end! The online access made it so user friendly, when I walked in all I had to do was show my id, payment info and sign and I was out the door. Not a whole lot of waiting around and Chris the Agent ( Courtlandt Branch) couldn’t have been more professional and friendly. It was my pleasure patronizing your establishment!

I made my reservations via the 800 number. The facility DID NOT HAVE any vehicles in the category I requested. They kept trying to get me to accept a VAN or a jeep. After much back and fourth they looked to see if another facility close by to see if they had what I wanted. They found something in Brewster NY. 45 minutes away from where we were. So away we went to pick up the vehicle. I HATED it and had NO choice. I was EXTREMELY dissatisfied.

I needed a car for about a week and a half while mine was in the body shop. There was a slight mix up with confirming my rental (they didn't have my phone number correct) but it was fixed very quickly, and everyone I worked with was polite and helpful. The car I was given was clean and in good working order. The $15 daily insurance rate they offer is kinda steep, but I didn't want to have something go wrong and then get a claim on my own insurance.

Employees were very professional and courteous - even washed our car in a suit since no one else was available!

Be careful if you rent a car from Enterprise car rental on 2077 main street, Cortlandt Manor, N.Y.. They are liars who will change your contract without notifying you and charge you fees you did not agree to and then lie about it. They charged my credit card $ 20 a day when my insurance was covering $30 a day and I picked a car that was $26 a day. Dishonest people.
