This is the best Hertz to rent from in the state of Connecticut. Keith is a huge help, and keeps the process quick, easy, and painless. Even when Torrington isn't in my route, I will go out of my way to rent from this location. Highly recommended!

Extremely unprofessional! This Hertz office had very poor customer service and communication when processing my rental thru the insurance company. Failed to return calls or advise of next steps. After being left in the dark for almost 10 days on my deposit refund, I finally called the customer service line. They handle my issue in 2 minutes. I'm still in disbelief over how rude and unprofessional this office is.

Very nice cars and service great price. Treat yourself rent a Charger for a week. Its AWESOME.

Always a pleasure to rent from this location. On the rare occasion my chosen vehicle is not available, a free upgrade soothes "the pain." I book online, so I know there is a car available for me before I arrive.
