Avis Car Rental

I will definitely be renting from them again! The lady who helped us was great! She answered all of our questions & then some! She was even able to find the coupon that was supposed to be emailed to me! Returning the car was just as easy as renting it! I hope this helps!

This is just a gas station that rents a few Avis cars. Not knowing the area made the mistake of choosing this Avis to drop off a one way rental and trade it for a local round trip rental. when i needed to move on i tried to trade in for a one way out, i was told "the avis lady will be back at noon" so i showed up at 12:05 and was told "Avis closed at noon." she also said they didn't have any one-ways. so now i have to either take a cab 30 miles to the next avis in hopes that they have a one-way or just take the car with me so i left. Now i need to get on a plane and if i drop the car off somewhere else and breach my contract it may cost an extra $1000 (as it did last month when i made that mistake) OR i can drive 5 hrs back and take a cab 53 miles to the nearest airport. meanwhile they can't tell me what the punishment would cost, don't call me back, my driving time is a cost to my company and the cost of my flight has doubled while they try to figure it out. MAke sure that your plans are set before renting from this avis!
