Enterprise Rent-A-Car

I have been leasing various vehicles for several months now with this particular branch and it is always a positive experience. A recent change of staff but again everyone is so professional and courteous and helpful. I have a more local branch I can visit but my experience at this one keeps me going that 23miles as I anticipate a positive experience. Great job to everyone at this branch. :). Please continue the great work.

I have to say this Enterprise location has the most helpful and friendly Rental Agents.. They are always on the top of their game, even when occasionally short staffed due to excess demand...They always exceed even my highest of expectations. I know that sounds a bit cheesy but its true. There’s no need to go anywhere else when needing a vehicle, fair pricing and unmatchable service… I can"t say it more strongly in suggesting anyone needing a vehicle, visit this location and see for yourself.. A few of the names that stand out in my recent weekend rental 10/14/17 are Shannon, JP and the manager JB, whom are great to work with. I’ve never had a bad experience there as a long time customer. So when I received an Email request from main office to write a review. I decided to take the time to share with my experiences, in order to show my appreciation for all they’ve done for me over the years and to let others know that were directed to find this review that they can expect to be treated as valued customers from the moment they arrive and beyond…. They picked me up from the auto body shop and were relatively quick. The one less star was because their inventory to choose from was slim and that meant they had little time to clean the vehicle they put me in. It still had a lot of mud jn it when I got it, but that was because they were trying to hurry for me. Otherwise all service was great.

I rented a car from them this past week and they came and picked me up. Car was immaculate and very nice. I took the car back about 4 hours late and they charged me and insignificant amount. They took me home after I returned the car. All the people there provide excellent and superior service, five star service, I was very impressed.
