Enterprise Rent-A-Car

Nice office, convenient to downtown and nearby neighborhoods. Unfortunately, they've stopped doing the weekend special during the fall, winter, and spring which is offered by most other neighborhood locations. Also, as with most enterprise locations, whenever you've just gotten to know everyone in your local office, and they know you well enough to remember you're preferences, the company moves them around to a new location. So even those of us who are car-free by choice, and regularly rent when in need of a car, always have to start over every few months. Andy, the driver who picks you up though, is a great guy! He always remembers you , and greets you with a smile!

Thank you Brody and Chris. The Enterprise folks in Rochester were great. Prompt pickup to get rental and prompt ride back after rental return. Everything went smoothly and the car had no issues.

Very friendly and helpful. The Enterprise rep even told us great sights to see in the area. Only issue was that they didn't have the category car that we requested. While we did make a same day reservation, there should be a way to let us know in advance that it wasn't available since we made the request online.

As expected. The Enterprise people always seem to try to impress. The charges were as quoted from Costco. A great deal.

I'm a sales rep for a regional construction equipment firm. After an accident involving my company car, the staff at the collision shop and Enterprise worked seamlessly to have a car ready for me at the shop. Can't say how much I appreciate Enterprise respecting my time.
