Last minute reservation and rental, running late due to traffic delays, he not only waited for me, but followed me over to the other rental car agency in town, where I turned in the car I was being gouged on, and brought me back. Service above and beyond.

Great service by everyone there; nice vehicles, competitive pricing. I have satisfactorily rented several mid-size SUVs from this location.

Horrible customer service.I had a set appointment to pickup my rental and no one was there. I waited over an hour and had to leave. I requested a midsize car and that's what I was promised but when I picked it up, it was tiny compact car. It wasn't even ready for me to take. I had to wait while they cleaned and vacuumed it. When I called to complain to the manager, I was assured my concerns would be addressed and a replacement car. You guessed it......never spoke to anyone again. Next step it their Corporate Office, Consumer affairs, and Better Business Bureau. Never again. I wouldn't even give them one star but I couldn't post my review otherwise.

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE IN MY 29 YEARS OF LIFE. Rented a car from there after an accident I had, the customer rep, Rodney, was misleading and they ended up charging me for a month's worth of additional insurance on the rental when I had agreed to paying one week. At the time when I rented the car I didn't know how long I'd have it for so I agreed to one week of this additional insurance and was told that would be fine and that if I wanted to put it back on just to call. Two weeks after returning the car I receive a call from Nitza at Hertz stating that I owed $350. After speaking with both her and the original rep about where this was coming from I was met with a big OH WELL, SUCKS FOR YOU. I decided to ask to speak to a manager because the passive aggressive attitude I was getting from these employees was absolutely mind-numbing. TWO WEEKS go by with NO RETURN PHONE CALL. (I had left the country for one week or I would've checked in sooner.) After my 4TH ATTEMPT trying to connect with the manager, I realized I had to ambush him at his store. I met with Basilio, the store manager. He was a nice enough man though never acknowledged that he hadn't return my calls but anyway, he calmly kept telling me that if I had called to cancel the insurance they would have gladly taken it off. This of course is a mute point because this was never communicated to me, actually the contrary was. After repeating myself- what felt- about 30 times I realized I just wasn't being heard/understood. Finally he told me there was nothing he could do. He told me there was no one above him that I could speak with. I felt like I was in a twilight zone. So I called customer service in hopes there would be someone who would validate my experience and help me out but then was told they (Hertz Corp Customer Service) couldn't do anything and defer me to a customer relations email. I NEVER HEARD BACK from Hertz after I sent the email. It has been two months now. I gave them plenty of opportunity to redeem themselves before I took to this platform but it is clear now that they have no interest in resolving this matter. This is a STORE AND COMPANY that lacks customer service/support and VALUE THE $$$ OVER CUSTOMER SATISFACTION AND RELATIONS. They chose $250 (I planned on paying the 100 I agreed to) over a customer and their reputation. BEWARE.
