The "We pick you up." Was so valuable to me. Both being picked up and dropped off was so convenient. I travelled back to CT, via Bradley International Airport and the rental in Waterbury was only a fraction of cost at airport. Great staff!!!

The car was fine but I needed a ride the enterprise in my town had no cars.  So I had to go to Waterbury one town over.  Exactly 4.1 miles.  They would not pick me up because I was from another town.  They would travel farther in there own town.  Very disappointed.   Never ever again.

Pick up arrived 30 minutes late for the scheduled time. All the staff were pleasant and helpful. Insurance Company rate was very reasonable.Vehicle was fine for the drive home, nothing special but no problems.

Enterprise in general is a great company, but this branch when I go there has a more real type of energy. And honest about pricing up front and as long you as the Renter do your part there won't be no surprises like for some other companies that try to get you.

The Assistant Manager was great. She helped me with getting my carseats into my car. Overall great experience. I was in and out within 10 minutes.
