Service is fast and efficient. Took us less than 5mins to get the health card renewal done once at the counter. Line up to enter is long so recommend booking an appointment online. There are a lot of signs but the system to enter is confusing. If no appointment you are a walk-in follow the line up. If you book an appointment, come through the exit door, talk to counter 6 and inform you have an appointment and they will give you a ticket and guide you. They have some limitations on services, call or check online for correct info. Entrance is wheel chair accessible but exit is not so you have to come back out through the entrance.

Very quick service, line was long, but they were processing quickly and efficiently. First, I went to the skymark location, which is closer to home, and they had a rude attitude and refused walk-in service for 11AM, only by appointment, which is not available for another 3 weeks.nAt this Sheppard mall location it was smooth and hassle free.

The seating area was dirty, which did not create a welcoming environment. Additionally, I noticed broken glass, which could pose a safety hazard for customers.nnFurthermore, during my visit, I encountered some challenges with the service. I was asked to provide several documents that seemed to exceed the standard requirements. Despite my efforts to comply, I felt a lack of support from the staff. In an unexpected turn, I was informed by the manager that my needs would not be attended to, which left me feeling marginalized.nnThe treatment I experienced was disheartening, especially in a public service setting that should prioritize fairness and equality. It’s important for all customers to feel valued and respected, and I believe there is room for improvement in both service training and facility maintenance at this location.nnI hope that management takes the necessary steps to address these issues, ensuring that future visitors have a more positive experience. Went there to renew health card and driver’s license. Line was long but when it was our turn, we had a great and fast experience. Although other reviews gave it a bad rating, I think it all depends on who serves you.

There was a decent sized line there but it moved quickly. There were several reps and from what I saw they seemed to be moving quickly while maintaining good customer service. The person who helped me was very friendly, informative and pleasant. All in all, it was a quick, painless visit. Thanks!
