I had a great experience here. I came first thing in the morning and was seen promptly. Everyone treated me professionally and with a genuine attitude. I would definitely recommend coming here if you go to Carleton, but definitely try to come early in the morning.

I do not recommend it. Especially, when it comes to walk in clinic. You have to wait about 2 to 4 hours. Even though if you book an appointment, you have to wait after the meeting time that you booked. No star.

Essentially useless for medical issues. Seem more likely to do nothing and avoid accountability than actually help anyone. Staff was rude and disrespectful for no apparent reason. Funding should be revoked, it is disgraceful to think tuition dollars pay for such horrid service.

One star for one of the doctor I saw, she sent me home saying I'm totally fine, and I ended up in emergency room with massive bleeding later on that day. She shouldn't be qualified as a doctor. Dr. Still is good. But she's usually fully booked for almost a week.

They get paid to work until 4:30pm but start complaining at 3:30 if you call or walk in and just close there lines at 4:15 and refuse to take calls. If the front staff are so miserable working, they should quit and save the University's reputation.
