Dr Gauthier is absolutely terrible… He is the most condescending heath progressional I have ever encountered. I was completely brushed off, have chronic breast issues, have been waiting 6 months for this appt only to be seen for 20 seconds and to be told it’s nothing… save your time and go to Toronto.

I have been a patient for about 3 years. I have always been treated with respect and care by the staff. They have always made my concerns feel normal and took the time to explain everything. Having cancer is scary but they helped me navigate it a little bit easier.

The manger treated me like my medical issues were not important! I've never felt so unsafe or disrespected at a medical appointment in my entire life.

47 minutes on the phone on hold . just trying to change an appointment is unacceptable
