Nurse Ahmad Azab was excellent. He explained everything very well and kept everyone abreast of all that was happening and of everything that was to come. It was so appreciated to have such a compassionate nurse to take care of not only our loved one but of the family members. Thank you for everything.

The OHI team does their job effectively and efficiently. They do it with a smile, and they do it because it is evident that they love what they do. Everyone is super attentive, kind, helpful, and considerate in a most vulnerable time in our lives. I very strongly recommend them. They saved my life.

I would like to acknowledge an exceptional help of the nurse Nichole who is the blood taker from the blood test clinic. I had Para Transport ordered before and I was very much squeezed for time. Nichole made it happen and thanks to her understanding of my situation I had my blood drawn and didn’t miss my transport home.nBravonTomasz Muldner

My dad was murder today at the heart institute..nBig law civil suit coming...nThe Dr said dad was brain dead, to not brain dead ..nNo breathing on own to he can breath on his own.nAlot lies .nWe got treated so badly like emotion damage and all.nEveryone...... today they took my dad machine after 11 days..nWhen they took everything off..nDad was breathing and snoring....n.......nThey asked Everyone to leave room ...n2 min later code red came up on speaker .nWe all rushed in .nSo they asked us to leave than come back to my dad dead..nMy dad heart got fix.nHis organs were good.nThey had him on cooling machine...nWhich is banned on Quebec for alot deaths...nI called police to report them cops can't touch hospital.nMade report head office ...nHeart institute civic .nYou guys murder my father.nYou will pay for your action..nThanks for taken my father away when he was living....nDad was 64......nGuys protect your love ones..nPlease ....nI just lost my best friend...

I wish there were more stars I can give to the Heart Institute. The doctors, surgeons, nurses and hospital staff are fantastic and really care for their patients. Being a training hospital they are always innovating with new procedures and technologies. The lab technicians are great answering questions about the tests while giving patients confidence that you are in good hands. Even the orderlies are friendly and give kind words of encouragement. There is also an excellent rehab program that patients can take advantage of. The hospital staff give strength, hope and empathize with families and patients during troubling times. It is no wonder why the hospital is so successful in improving the quality of life for so many.
