Appletree Medical Centre

For the third time i could not get a prescription renewal, because they were short staffed and only saw people with appointments. So you spend your time to go the appletree to do something very simple and they just do not care. Something that easily could be handled over the phone or by an assistant. At least that is what they do back home where I am from. It is a prescription that I have had for 20 years Why waste so much time to get something that I clearly need. Enough is enough. NO MORE APPLETREE MEDICAL. I agree with what several other reviewers write, place is not the cleanest looking, looks messy and staff often seems in hurry. But do not get angry with staff. It is always management you should blame for bad service! They set the guidelines, they decide staff hours, they hire the people working there and they alone have the responsibility for running the place. Why did I got to this place for several years? Laziness. Live 1 minute away. But no more. I will find a medical place close to work instead.

I was going to give no star. Waiting room is dirty, bathroom is locked. I need to ask for a favor when I want to change my son and no change table in the bathroom. When I asked they said sorry they don't have change table. I said I could not change him on the floor and they finally ask me to go to one of their exam room. I don't think they care at all how patients feel.

Online it says they are open 8am until 5pm. I was there at 7:15am so I can see a doctor right away and well it doesn't open at 8am. I called I guess their call centre and they said registration starts at 9:30am and doctor isn't in until 10am. I told the lady you guys should update that on google and she said sir it's not us it's yiur phone that is wrong.. I guess all phones are wrong

I had excellent service here after stepping on a nail and needing a tetanus shot. The automated check-in is a little off putting (I would prefer a real person) but it was quick. The nurse was helpful and friendly and the doctor was able to see my within 30 minutes. This was much better than waiting in a hospital.

I was literally late 5 minutes to my appointment and they couldn’t fit me in, my appointment takes 5 minutes! The customer service is awful and every time I get a treatment it is not an actual doctor performing the procedure. Do not go here, you will be disappointed.
