Excellent 3 star! Small fitness room, indoor pool, microwave/fridge in room, yummy breakfast, friendly staff, super clean. Go across the bridge to A & J for grocery type food. Bridge is $2 each way to cross. Lovely view of Columbia river from the backside. All good good.

Interesting...great location... especially for the transportation enthusiast of yesterday. We are talking river, rail and pavement... Not for those light sleepers or open window people as it does get a tad bit on the noisy side. That said, it is a fantastic jump off point for the Columbia River Gorge and some really decent pub, brews and grub places. Located in Cascade Locks just upriver of Bonneville Dam, we are talking both history and ambiance... Did I mention Beer? Seriously, if you are looking for laid back small town atmosphere - this is is. And toss in a Sternwheeler ride on the river, this is the place. Watch both Native American Fishing mixed with modern techniques up close all along the river...really awesome. Multiple pubs, Breweries and eating establishments that are all above par and a pleasant surprise from the run of the mill places. If you're looking for a 'little finger up' East Coast atmosphere, well, it is not New York City and you are on the wrong Coast! So, drop by and stay a spell.

Staying at the Best Western at Cascade Locks was wonderful! The staff were all very nice! Our room was spacious and relaxing. The breakfast at the restaurant next door was delicious. The view of the water from our room was beautiful! I would definitely stay here again.

We had an excellent stay here! Location was amazing! We were greeted with smiles and exuberance from the front desk staff, given a rundown of the hotel, facilities within and the area. The room was fantastic, the children thought the location (to see the trains and bridge) was amazing, and the pool was a great finishing touch. The Bridgeside restaurant, where the continental breakfast is located, was beyond delicious and the location was beautiful. We got to watch trains and eagles during both breakfast and dinner. We can't wait to come back!

Nice hotel. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. The breakfast at the restaurant next door was excellent. The hotel is located within walking distance of a nice park. I highly recommend this hotel. They're also pet friendly which is a plus.
