Hampton Inn & Suites by Hilton Laval

Worst customer service i have ever seen. The guy at front desk was very rude. I had booked the room through reference of the one of our relatives with discount. And the guy kept repeating it’s not applicable with even listing to our concern he was way too loud and rude. We had no problem booking it with original price nd we did as well but he should have explained that politely. Moreover the same reference booking was working at other locations. I felt like he was judging us by our color. If you are not local I recommend you should not go there

Horrible check in with Sid. Parking lot not salted and fell Numerous times getting to the lobby. Unfriendly greeting none actually and heat not working in room. Reported my experience to the HGV and Hilton Honors customer service team who were gracious. It’s too bad as my previous stay was great also heater didn’t work in room yet the team at the front desk lady were lovely.

This is a decent hotel. Sure, there are newer ones out there, but I've never had a problem at this location over the few times I've stayed here. Staff are friendly, rooms are clean, breakfast is good.

Classic, no frills Hampton Inn experience. The stay was nice and the room rate was affordable but not a spectacular stay- just as normal as it gets. The only downside is the hotel is almost 45 minutes outside of Montreal.

I was hoping this would have been a better review,the bad .....Room wallpaper is peeling,floor carpets full of stains,office chair is worn out and peeling on the bottom,the lounge chair arm fabric is worn off and foam exposed,bathroom sink was cracked. The good .....the breakfast supplied was fresh and well prepared. The kitchen staff were friendly and attentive. Front line staff were a little slow to understand from French to English on check in. Checking out was smooth and easy.
