Lovely, safe building with great common areas gym, game room, pools. Very good sound proofing. Management truly listens to residents and acts quickly to resolve any issues. Special thanks to Maude — she consistently shows professionalism, courtesy, and genuine care in every resident interaction.
The support team that I dealt with: Miss Melissa Morgese and Miss Nera Crncevic at Equinoxe St. Elzéar are very professional and go far and beyond in providing an excellent customer service. They listen to our needs and try to fix as fast as they can in a reasonable amount of time.nnAnd I should not forget the manager Mrs Lucie Dorion for her leadership and perseverance in fixing any issue with the satisfaction of the requester.nnThe building phase3 is well maintained, clean and chic and it provides the special and unique experience that Equinoxe drives for.

I've been a tenant here for many years, of course we had our fair share of a rollercoaster living through the pandemic and all. Now with a new management i had my doubts how things would developped but everything is starting to meet expectations. The new team is go far and beyond in providing an excellent customer service. They listen to our needs and try to fix it in shortest amount of time. The team adapt quickly too with all the construction going on from neighboring buildings to accommodate to our needs. The building is clean it is chic and it provides the elegancy experience. The neighbors are super nice too. Love it here.
