How come no one answers the phone, ever? I can't ever get through. I think Dr. Pek is a great doctor, but I'm not sure about their phone system. I see a lot of negative comments about the receptionists, but have found them to be nothing but helpful, and even sometimes pleasant. They're capable ladies and they shouldn't have to kiss your asses to get a good review. Just my two cents. Fix the phones, please. :(

My girlfriend and I had a really great doctor till she left to do other things. The doctor we have now is to opinionated instead of professional. Our doctor is unqualified for mental health and is negligent of proper ways to cope with illness by telling us to just go to a hospital if this happens. Mental illness like schizophrenia, bipolar and ect should have professional coping not hospital visits that can be 7 - 13 hours. Another problem with her is she's very self absorbed in her ways. Waiting times are tedious making you wait around an nearly an hour after you were supposed to be in, then rush you out as quick as possible making it hard for anything to get resolved. Fact is go somewhere else that can help. This is a broken health center that puts all effort into attitude and narcissism.

After loosing our family doctor, Dr Denny Toffolo who passed away after caring for my family form16 years I knew it would be very tough to find a replacement. We had a meet and greet with Dr. Christopher Cronin. He was very pleasant and laid back and listened to all of our concerns. We did not feel pressured with time, as he took all the time we needed together to answer and questions we had about us and himself. I left there knowing that I had found my family a new Doctor. I feel comfortable with him and have never been pressed for time and he is so compassionate with my health problems. He is a Doctor because he loves what he does and it shows through him. And his nurse Mrs Paula is incredible and also compassionate with you. Always there for a hug if you need it. She is a special, special nurse. I'm blessed to have them as our care givers.

Doctor's and staff are great I'm with Cronin and although he often seems rushed he still actually listens to your concerns and questions. I would suggest that they fix the wait times somehow... When my appointment is for 11:30 why am I waiting untill 12:25? Otherwise it's great

I have Dr Joel Yellin as a family doctor for 28 years now and i think he great , he takes the time to answer any questions i have , and does all test need
