I had knee replacement surgery at this hospital on Feb21, 2025. From the moment I walked in I was greeted with smiling faces of people asking if I needed help to find my way around.nThe doctors and nursing staff were FANTASTIC! They were knowledgeable, helpful and kind! They did not stop all day , helping people out, monitoring vitals, changing bed pans, bringing sandwiches, muffins, drinks and coffee.nThe orthopaedic surgery unit was spotless as were the washrooms and very crowded hallways. I have only wonderful things to say about these terrific people, the hospital and in particular, Dr. Bali. Thank you to everyone for make my stay as pleasant as possible!

My dad was hospitalized for 2 weeks here in Aug 2024 due to an infection. I can’t thank the doctors and nurses enough for their excellent care and treatment. The doctors were empathetic and listen to everything I had to share about my dad’s previous treatment and experience with Cancer outside Canada.nnSince my dad doesn’t speak English, I had to translate everything for the doctors and nurses. The nurses who assisted my dad assured me to not worry and go home at nights. It was very reassuring that my dad was well taken care of at this hospital by both Doctors and nurses.nnWhen my dad had an appointment at Cancer centre for assessment, they went above and beyond my expectations and brought a specialist who could speak the language that my dad speaks they didn’t know first that I will be there to translate for them. Same thing happened with another appointment. I think this is very touching and my dad was very happy to speak to the doctor directly!nMy dad wanted to leave the hospital sooner, however, they kept him at the hospital under their watch so that he goes home with no issues.nMy dad spoke highly of the doctors and nurses and when he was discharged, he folded his hands , a way to thank all those who did an excellent job.nnMy dad recovered well and is free of infection now. Thank you to Juravinski hospital. Keep up the great work.

Amazing organization.nI had my right hip replaced. Dr Ekhtiari and his team are absolutely amazing. The hospital and staff are extremely efficient. All the nurses and doctors are extremely helpful and pleasant. Communication using My Chart is very effective tool.nThank you everyone.

I personally had an amazing and stressfree time when visiting my Son Chris in ICU at Juravinski Hospital main floor . The nurses were amazing, the technician for dialysis and the dialysis deliverer were very informative and answered all my questions.Chris's nurse Isabella was so, so good , she answered any and all my questions while Chris was on life support. I knew he would be taken good care of and my stress was vastly improved. It is horrible to watch your son go through life threateningnsituations but What an amazing team there is in the ICU. People all over the world say that doctors are now just businessmen, the level of medical services is decreasing, etc. And I, in poor physical condition, ended up in an exceptional place. The admission room of the Juravinski Hospital. This place is full of professionals with a full range of empathy and human understanding. A quick interview, a complex of tests and the results showed what was wrong with me. I was surrounded by care and allowed to believe that it was not over yet. Here you can feel safe. After a few days, I was transferred to the E3 ward to continue treatment. In this ward, only Angels work. The doctor is a professional and perfectionist, the nurses and the entire staff are world-class medical services. I am home now and continue my treatment. I would like to thank the entire Juravinski Hospital and especially the Angels from the admission room and ward E3. Special thanks to nurse Jennifer from the E3 ward of my Angel, who helped me survive the difficult period of illness.
