The receptionists and doctors are clean and organized. Love how professional and kind they are. Although the Cafe is closed now, there are plenty of other options close by for example Tim Hortons and A & W.

Awesome facitily. Lots of easy parking. Inside is open, bright and very child friendly.  The fully accessable park is great for kids before or after an appointment.

Came for physio for my daughter. Such amazing service - caring, kind, professional people. We are so thankful.

I found early words to be absolutely useless, and the speech therapist condescending and a know it all. And above all, useless!

You wait for 9 months to finally get an appointment just to be pawned off to other services.    I was expecting services from you guys but we ended up with GARBAGE SERVICES provided by you and your referrals.    Definitely not recommend    Sad the MENTAL HEALTH SYSTEM SUCKS for EVERYONE!

Great care and services for children with disabilities. The staff are amazing here!  The building is very modern, spacious, and has a lot of natural lighting. Very comfortable for the kids. Plenty of seating for waiting parents.  There is a cafe onsite. Serving hot and cold drinks, snacks, sandwiches. Not bad pricing for being inside a facility.

Drove here from London today with my kids for my son’s appointment today with the Orthotist. Jordan was SO knowledgeable. He took his time and explained everything so thoroughly. Thank you for everything. 100% recommend this place.

If it was me I would not even give it any stars the way the staff treat you there is so disgusting it's not even funny sad and yet terrible place I went there in 2015-2016 and ever since then my life changed and it changed for nothing but the worst and it all thanks to some of the staff that still work there and some that don't work there anymore and ever since they told my parents they have always treated me different since then and I would like to say thanks a lot you have ruined my life and I would never go back to that program ever again and I would suggest you don't either unless you want your life to change for the worst for ever and your child's to so please be better parants then mine and don't take your child there ever never ever because I can tell one thing I would not want that to happen to you what happen to me because that place is still there and still to this day ever time I go back there I get scared and nervous never again.

There is no medical ethics .People who we met me and daughterhere is not human definitely. We don't receive much help and that's really sad. I'm so despondent.

It's a really nice place for kids and the staff very knowledgeable and helpful and friendly . My son deals with Jenny, she's fantastic and really cares about kids
