Had an air issue with my truck and thought it might be the governor valve which I picked up and changed myself. Problem persisted, so I called Kenworth but they didn’t have time and I remembered seeing HK many times so I gave them a call. They told me to come by in 1.5hr which I did and they had my truck in the bay in less than 15min. I supplied the new air dryer assembly which I picked up at the dealer on the way over. Very friendly and courteous and got to work right away. Hourly rate is reasonable as well. Good experience so I’ll be back if need be

Charged $170 for a cancelled service call. Mechanic was no-show, spoke to several reps but same response "waiting for superiors to get back." If you're not going to give the money back, atleast follow up and provide an honest answer.

Its not 24 hours they have service for 24 hour and when i call there road service 1 am they said call us after 5:30 am and when call 5:30 am they said call shop and when reach shop they said we are full wow is it call 24/7 service

Boyfriend worked here but used to do my tires and little things needed done and of course good service when u r boyfriend works there

Called several times guy kept hanging up. Very rude. I know there's a language disconnect but at least be nice
