Went through a water damage and lost 80% of my personal items, no climate control the sprinklers exploded in the middle of the winter and their insurance cover only $5K... that's really nothing. At your own risk but, stay away

Overall, building is in well condition. My only concern is the price that continues to rise year after year well above a standard inflation rate. I am in the process of looking for annoter place where price is more fare for what I have now.

Convenient storage facility with CCTV and 24hr access service for short of long term needs. Plenty of parking place and good access doors for large items, two heavy duty lifts and flat-bed skids, friendly service!
