I was extremely impressed with their costumer service, efficiency, and the willingness to satisfy customers. The manager Mr Azziz is a phenomenal person and a pleasure to deal with. I highly recommend this location.nnP.S. this review is in regards to this specific location only. I did not have this experience in other Montreal locations.

My first experience with U-Haul was extremely disappointing. I reserved a storage unit with specific dimensions, only to be told upon arrival that the unit was unavailable. I don't understand why your system allowed me to reserve a unit that wasn't actually available, sent me an email confirming the unit reservation, or why I wasn't notified before arriving.nnThe only alternative offered was a smaller unit at a higher price, and I was expected to pay...not sure your company's inability to provide the reserved unit becomes my financial burden.nnBecause I had already arrived with movers who charge by the hour, I had no choice but to proceed. The process of creating a new contract for the smaller unit took an additional 30-45 minutes, resulting in me having to spend extra money then intended to pay my movers to wait around outside.nnThe entire situation was a frustrating waste of time and money.

I had a reservation for 10AM I left at 11:45 2hours waiting time is unacceptable  even for Saturday morning, on top of that, they sold me hitch ball connect without the security clump, 15 minutes just to get a security clump for me, the dolly Diablo for appliances that I reservation too was missing the straps to hold the appliances and then I had to connect the taller in my car and go to another Uhaul to get the dolly. Resuming i arrived at Uhaul at 9:45 and left just 12:05pm. Detail, The appointment i had to use the traller was at 11AM and I was able to leave uhaul only 12:05. I was really missed off.

Not just another UHaul, the team cares about the customers and help everywhere they can. Daniel and Steve took good care of  me with my trailer and rental unit, even with a password that didn’t work, quickly remedied. I’m a returning customer and will come back!

Rented a 26 ft truck, 5 baskets and blanket covers at this location, from the beginning over the phone until return all, I had a great experience, well explained about everything over the phone and in person during renting.nMr. Khalid was exceptional, polite, respectful. Thank you Mr. Khalid for your hardwork and keep it up,  good luck
