Not just another UHaul, the team cares about the customers and help everywhere they can. Daniel and Steve took good care of me with my trailer and rental unit, even with a password that didn’t work, quickly remedied. I’m a returning customer and will come back!
A U-Haul is a U-Haul hard to find and get to, eventually you get to it. Great service. Issues with the closed trailer rental, Aluminium floors and snow do not mix, this combination is deadly they need to add these non-slip pads on the floor.
Everything was fast and clear. But the mobile application still doesn't work correctly, can't login, the code I receive by SMS never works.
The most horrible service ever. Avoid at any cost. For a confirmed reservation for mobile pickup, they did not even bother to check if they have the truck. No phone call response before me going there as well. Then they found out someone had decided to keep the car and had told them already. This branch is a shame to Uhaul and uhaul is a shame to allow this kind of service.nnThey wasted my time, wasted my reservation, ruined my moving day for being irresponsible. The branch should get closed for such cases!nnOne star is a lot for this branch.
The staff were amazing. Kudos to them. I will buy a box of donuts and will take them personally to thank them for amazing help they provided me with.
