Not just another UHaul, the team cares about the customers and help everywhere they can. Daniel and Steve took good care of me with my trailer and rental unit, even with a password that didn’t work, quickly remedied. I’m a returning customer and will come back!
Thank you very much this was super experience,Polite service staff, online reservation for 20 km of transportation 3 hours of transportation paid 61$ bat No snow removal,but one minus The car is full of snow,maybe it’s normal I don’t know.
We rented a trailer but the right light wasnt working . They changed it for another one then left right wasnt working. They started blaming us that its our connector to force us to upgrade for a truck . We waisted more than an hour for this and more money just to get a functionnal equipment . We will go to another place next time .
Don’t go there!!!! They will charge you way much more than what you see on their website! On the website it shows that I will pay in total 110$ including if I drive the truck for 90 kilometres as an estimation and it says that you will pay 0.99 cents per kilometre but when you return the truck you will discover that they charged you 1.19 cents per kilometre!nSo; when I returned the truck , they charged me 241$ instead of 110$ while I drove the truck for 88 kilos!!!! Another thing regarding the quality of service, it’s Zero , Zero , Zero ……..
