We visited this café because of their famous cinnamon rolls. They were good, but not anything extraordinary, pretty standard overall. We also tried the matcha frappe, which was very sweet and tasted mostly like vanilla
I will happily drive 25 minutes for the cinnamon buns at Grounds for Coffee. They are the best cinnamon buns I have ever had in my life and I say that with my whole chest. I always get a half dozen because they freeze perfectly and future me deserves that kind of joy.nnWhat makes this place even better is the staff. They are so kind and genuinely lovely every time. Last week I stopped in for my usual order and decided to treat myself to a seasonal eggnog latte. It came with the most beautiful latte art and I was honestly more upset about ruining the art than dropping the latte itself. The barista really put time and care into it. When I went back inside to buy another, the team just offered to make me a fresh one and did it with so much warmth. I was having a chaotic day and their kindness grounded me in the best way.nnAlso, the fact that so many of their treats are vegan makes me love them even more. Great food and even better people.nnGrounds for Coffee is worth every minute of the drive. Forever my go to spot.
The coffee shop’s décor is absolutely magnificent, every corner feels photo worthy. The vibe can get a bit loud, but it adds to the energy. Their cinnamon bun are an absolute must try, rich, warm, and unforgettable!
We came for coffee and some bakery items. We ordered the superfruit oatmeal muffin and a cinnamon roll. The muffin was great, but the cinnamon roll is probably the best I've ever had. It was perfect - soft, chewy, gooey, and not overly sweet. It was so good, we bought a 4 pack to bring home. Highly recommended!
Came here for their heavenly cinnamon bun. They are my absolute favourite. So soft and fresh and delicious. I haven't tried their other products because I only ever have to have their cinnamon bun. I also really like that they are peanut free so I can get these for family members who have nut allergies. So thankful to them for this. Barista was very friendly and helpful. Lots of seats but it is noisy for me and that's why I gave it one star less but everyone else in there seemed quite happy. Parking was a bit of an issue but I ended up finding a spot along a side street.
