Best Café I've ever been to with the best menu. So lucky they were part of the Vancouver croissant crawl making it easier to discover them. The vegan chicken croissant was delicious and flavorful with a touch of refreshing lemongrass taste included too. The durian croissant had a great filling I'm not sure why it was called moissant because it seemed like a normal croissant. The iced Ube haze latte was amazingly full of ube flavor with the perfect amount of Vietnamese coffee and best of all it was safe for a dairy sensitive person The staff gave thoughtful suggestions like to try the coffee jelly dalgona drink too so would definitely try that next time. They packaged everything so nice and seemed to be with care. Totally worth coming out of your way to this place. It was cool to be able to order ahead of time through the broyecafe website too
This is one of my favorite coffee shop in Vancouver. I love their mango matcha latte and moissants. It’s croissant crawl today so it was quite hectic compared to normal but the limited edition items are worth the wait.
I got their egg coffee, which was good but I expected a more custardy taste to the egg cream. It still had a great taste to it and got me awake enough to get through the day. They had a wide variety of food and drinks that I should try next time
What is there not to love about this place. Everything from the sandwiches to the mochi bun were great. Will definitely be back to try their other items, YUM
Came here to try a croissant from the croissant crawl. There weren't any on display, or a listing, just a placard with pictures. The lady had a tough time understanding me and explaining the croissants. After repeated asking, she pointed at the Vietnamese coffee croissant and told me that's the special one.nnThe croissant was good, but I didn't travel all the way just to have something that is available on the regular menu. Felt like a wasted trip.
