Gotcha Bubbletea

Bubble tea here is specialized compared to other shops so it takes some time for orders. Standard asks on sugar and ice levels. There is a top 20 menu if you cannot decide on what to order or get overwhelmed with all of the options. As a matcha lover, I ordered the pure uji matcha latte with cheese foam, it wasn't as strong in flavour as expected for pure matcha, but given it was a latte it has more milk. I would try something else next time especially for the price point. We also ordered Strawberry yogurt with popping pearls, mother's favourite, and gotcha milk. Everyone enjoyed the drinks. The sweetness level all at 30% is the right ratio for the drinks with the toppings included.

I am in love with this place! They have a wide variety of choices on their menu, from fruity drinks to caffeinated drinks, you’ll find something for all. My personal favourite is the mango infused drinks. They are so accommodating with my allergies, and extremely generous with their portions. The environment is always very clean, and aesthetically pleasing. Definitely would recommend!

Maybe I came with too much excitement and had really high hopes, but my overall experience was not a great one. I visited Gotcha on a Saturday night with three other people, and we waited about an hour from being in line to picking up our drinks. There were only two people working, so I understand the wait time. The issue was none of us liked our drinks selections from fresh milk, milk tea, macchiato. The drinks were either lacking flavour, too sweet despite asking for 30% sugar level, or too much ice despite asking for 30% ice level. The decor of this bubble tea shop is adorable, and it's great there are dine-in seating.

This is one of my new favourite bubble tea spots! The servers are friendly and the atmosphere is really nice. There are also so many options for bubble tea. My new go-to is the Mango Fresh Milk!Food: 5/5

I would not go back again. My feedback, don’t serve “fruit” smoothies that are made with fake tasting syrup and powder it doesn’t taste good and if I wanted that I could go to 7 eleven for cheaper. If you charge $7 for a small smoothie you better be putting real fruit in there or remove this from your menu. Doesn’t matter if small or big business you should still not tell the customer it’s made of real fruit if it’s not. I specifically asked you which drinks were made of real fruits and only ordered those ones, despite that they both did not taste like real fruit. I’m sorry you don’t like the feedback but I have to be honest. Maybe the tea is better and I should have tried that instead… but my point is don’t tell the customer it’s real fruit if it’s not : but the positive is the store is actually well decorated and has lots of space so I have given an extra star for that

Lovely place : the plushies and seats overall made for a great atmosphere and of course the bubble tea tasted good too. I bought a Large milk tea, which included tapioca pearls. 80 percent sugar staff were helpful and very nice. I thought the drink was a little pricey, approximately 7 dollars plus tax but it tasted very good so I don't have any complaint ^-^ Plus, the tapioca pearls maintained their texture for quite a while, maybe 4 hours. I visited 7 months ago and again recently, both times were very positive mainly because the staff were very patient/accommodating. Really recommend.

This bubble tea shop is definitely one of the best out there. I ordered taro fresh milk with tapioca, and it was delicious. This bubble tea shop is close to my home and I am definitely coming here again. Their interior design is really good and staff is extremely helpful at recommending new drinks. Worth the hype!

What a great little spot to grab a bubble tea! The ladies working were so pleasant & patient with us while we mulled through the vast menu I love having so many choices. I went with their signature fruit tea & it did not disappoint! The interior of the shop is also too cute not to love! I would certainly recommend! Recommended dishesFruit Tea

2022 3.5 Mulberry yogurt drink. Large $7.20 A newer bubble tea/drink store that offers their own tea options. Gotcha promotes that their tea is self farmed good or bad. The atmosphere is clean and bright and makes for a pleasant sit in to work for an hour or so. Tables are primarily suited for two people, but the tables being small, fits really just a laptop for one. The mulberry yogurt itself wasn't bad. Thick and was nice in flavors. Would try out their tea and see how that is next opportunity given that they grow their own - but wanted yogurt at the time. Seating for about 10 or so. Lots of free parking in the plaza.

Came here a while back and just a bit after they’re opening! Nice to know a bubble tea shop like gotcha is so close to home! Ordered one of the signature drinks which was the Royal mango pomelo coconut milk. Which also comes with purple rice. I did like the flavour of the purple rice and it went well with the coconut milk, but the mango and pomelo which is one of my fave combo of drinks didn’t really go well with the purple rice. Felt like the rice flavour overpowered the fruits. The one thing I will say is that the ingredients tasted very fresh. Will most likely return as it’s so close and I do want to try their tea options! And maybe the star rating will climb up! Service was great. Even when they had just opened, they do know the options and drinks when I asked questions, which is good to see! And if you want some cool bubble tea photos, they have a few spots that you can take some great pictures with! Good job overall!
