Gorge Urgent and Primary Care Centre

I’ve been to this clinic several times now for both of my kids as well as myself. As we don’t have a family doctor yet I’ve had to call at 8am to get an appointment, and I have been able to eventually get through the hold lines most times I’ve tried. I can’t say enough great things about the staff here, which is the reason I only reach out to this UPCC now. They have been attentive and very helpful for all of us. Thank you for everything you do!

I took my son here when he was very sick called in the morning got an appointment same day. Service was fast efficient and the nurse practitioner we saw was fantastic. I would go here again if I ever needed care.

I was late for my appointment and couldn’t get in to see a doctor today but the lady working behind the front desk was extremely patient and compassionate with my frustration! The other girl not so much, she was rather rude and dismissive with me. Our city really needs another clinic or two like this, so many people are struggling and without services or a family doctor. It’s difficult to get regular prescription refills every few months for mental health concerns, but the urgent care clinics are open long hours at least.

I found the doctor and Rn to both be very manipulative in their medical practice techniques and highly invasive into my personal life. I was asked questions completely not relevant to the visit and highly not appropriate at all. I left the appointment just as sick as I entered with no prescription, no requisition for lab work and told to come back yet I am pretty sure they know how difficult it can be to get an appointment through the 8 am dial a thon lottery at any UPC. I left the upc confused as to what just happened with the feeling of being given the complete run around. A total 360 manipulative move. Of course both the RN and physician performed this skillful maneuver in such an overly sweet and kind manner. Shame on you both!!

I informed a staff over the phone that I was looking for a same-day appointment for my baby daughter and she informed me that they were going to call me back. Never happened. I had to connect with them again.
