Lets just say this is the closest gym by my house.  I come here due to convenience and not by choice.  I would love for them to upgrade machines and weights.  I am a regular to some of their classes and I have to say that being a regular, we get to form a bond.  The teachers for some of the classes are great and motivating and inspiring.

Small place. No cellular reception. Too few cable machines, too few weights. 

Proper shower through. Hours kinda suck.

Very disappointed in this gym overall. Customer service sucks. Went to work out at 5:30 am when the gym is supposed to  open, but no one was there to open up. Apparently this is not an uncommon occurrence. Called head office to complain, she took my complaint, apologized,  but did not sound sincere at all.  She suggested I try another location.  Tried to follow-up with the manager of the Hillcrest location as well, I was promised that he would call me back , but haven't heard from him. For the price we pay for this gym you would think they would appreciate you more as a member. I just recently joined this gym and  was a member at another smaller gym paying half the price, the only downfall with that gym was they only had one location. One of the reasons I joined GoodLife was because they have several locations. I feel GoodLife does not appreciate their members at all and are only interested in the money.

A lot of machines available here. There are also a good number of benches and a couple of squat racks. This location is pretty limited in terms of extras like pools but it will get the job done. It gets really busy during the usual 5-8pm rush.

The gym is good, quiet, but the employee working at the reception today (thursday August 10 at 7am) has no customer service skills: no hello, no eye contact, no smile, no goodbye...wow! Even a machine would do a better job. 👌
