I recently revisited this GoodLife location after many years, and I was impressed with how much it has improved. The renovations have completely transformed the space, making it look modern and well-maintained. All machines are new and upgraded, offering a great workout experience. The atmosphere is clean, organized, and welcoming.

Anne is an amazing instructor that always encourages us to work hard and pushes us to our limits. She has a great selection of music as well as a charismatic sense of humour. I look forward to seeing her every Thursday for my spin class!
