Zumba Ko Fitness & Dance

A month ago I discovered something that would change my life. It has made me healthier, happier, more fulfilled. I discovered Zumba Dance (Zumba Ko). Zumba is a fitness program like no other. Zumba Dance with dynamic, and energetic moves, and the enthusiasm and energy of a room full of happy, sweaty people. Zumba feeds my mind, the body, the soul...but mostly the smile. Our instructors …Lily & Ron bring us a joy that I’ve never experienced before. I’m falling in love with Zumba now and looking forward to my Zumba class every week. Thank you Lily & Ron !!! :))

Hi I wanted to share my experience with all of the people who are looking for the best Zumba Workout!! I have been to at least 5 different places before attending the Zumba Ko. I was thrilled just after my first class. It was exactly what a Zumba should be. Full of energy, full of enthusiasm, the instructors are the best in their field. The instructors care for how you do, how comfortable you are. I recommend everybody to go to Zumba Ko. Thank you Ron and Lily Ko. I personally want to thank you for your positive attitude towards all of us, it surely makes it worth my time as not only that I have lost weight, but I am also having a blast at each class. It’s all happening because of Zumba Ko and if it wasn’t for Zumba Ko, I would still be lost and looking for the best Zumba Workout Place, now no more looking as I have found you!!!!! I want everybody out there to give it a try to believe every word of it that I have expressed!!! Great music! Great arrangement!! Great instructors!!!! Bring me lots of relaxation and exercise. Excellent for a busy and lazy guy like me! Having great fun since my very first class!!

It's been almost 3 years since I first started attending Zumba Ko Fitness & Dance. I always look forward to spending Tuesdays and Thursdays with Ron & Lily!! They are so welcoming, highly energetic, professional & dedicated. They certainly make sure we get a great workout and we have so much fun in the class. Their Zumba class is by far the BEST Zumba class I have ever attended!! So if you are looking to try a class then look no further, come dance with us!! You won't be disappointed!

If you are looking for a sure way to get your happiness in a weekly dose, start going to this special Zumba class given by Lily and Ron. You will get in shape, stay in shape, have a lot of fun, learn how to dance and feel good guaranteed.
