Travis and Chris arrived exactly on the time they predicted.  They quickly identified the problem and got it fixed right away.  They also replaced a couple of small parts that weren't faulty but were old and could stand replacing.  They tested their work to make sure the repairs will hold up.  They gave me a good price due to the fact that they got the job done quickly and efficiently.  Both were friendly courteous and knowledgeable.
