Roto-Rooter Plumbing & Water Cleanup

I was very happy to have them come out and fix my drainage problem. The tech. that came out as the slowest possible worker. For over 100$ an half hour, I would have been very pleased with the service. He took over 20 minutes to pick up some buckets and take them to his truck. Then said he would be right back with the bill over 15 minutes later I went out to the truck to pay the bill. He charged me for the half hour despit being finished with the job 45 minutes earlier. I wouldn't recommend them. I would suggest spending your money elsewhere.

I was so stressed out, but the Roto Rooter tech who arrived was kind, very helpful, and reassuring. By the time he left he made me realize the drain issue was just a bump in the road, not the end of the world! I was very impressed with his prompt arrival, friendly and reassuring attitude and professionalism. A+!!!

Roto Rooter was able to come out promptly the day I called. They arrived on time within the expected window. I had a tub that wouldn't drain, and they quickly cleared the clog. Not only that, but my service technician Brandon McNamee also had time to do a quick camera run through part of the exterior plumbing. I was very appreciative of the service I received!!

Joey was helpful and tidy. Gave a great tutorial on how to keep up the septic. Thank you. Now, get me a discount. That's an expensive tank!

Discovered main line was backed up as we were getting ready for bed. Technician was there within an hour, very professional, answered all my questions, didn't upsell, rate was reasonable and as stated in phone call. Quickly fixed the problem.
